Wellspring Academy Trust have appointed Gate & Bar to Design and Project Manage essential repair works to 3 schools in North Leeds.
Gate & Bar were approached to tender for the role following initial advise on the possible funding stream. We were successful in winning the tender and have been appointed as Designer, Principal Designer, Project Manger and Contract Administrators.
The projects focus on the urgent roofing works required at the 3 sites. The sites comprise North West Specialist Inclusive Learning Centre (SILC) Providing a great learning facility for pupils with special educational and complex care needs.
We are proud to be working with them to maintain this essential educational environment.
