It has been a busy few months!
We continue to work with some great Educational and Ecclesiastical clients including the regions leading Academy Trusts and 2 Local Anglican Diocese. We have also been instructed on a number of one off commercial, domestic and industrial schemes leading to a varied workload.
We work most projects through all stages of the development from initial feasibility and planning to the successful delivery and project management on site.
Our residential surveys have also seen a sharp increase and both our full building surveys and pre purchase appraisal format are popular.
Given our growth in workload we have made a couple of key appointments in the last few months, following the appointment of Steven we have made 2 further appointments Tom Gore and Alistair Skelton.
Tom joins us from a local building control background and has hit the ground running with both educational projects and CAD design and layouts. 
Alistair joins us from another successful York based practice, he has almost 10 years experience in the industry and is a well known face to many of our contractors and clients. Alistair has been working closely with Nathan on existing Educational, Industrial and Domestic schemes.
