What appeared like a straightforward project, turned out to be a little more of a challenge! This unique property is located on a triangular piece of land, nestled between three major roads, all double yellow lined, closely surrounded by neighboring buildings and right next to traffic lights of a major crossroad. With limited visibility and busy traffic, getting approval was going to be a challenge.
But, after working closely with our client and the local authority, we secured a much-needed parking spot for this residential unit, adding convenience for residents and increasing the property’s value!
Now, no more lugging the weekly shop from streets away, residents can park right by their home.
