Gate & Bar have been appointed to deliver Pathfinder MATs School Condition Allocation (SCA) projects for 2021
After a review of condition needs and prioritisation of projects we are please to have been appointed for the delivery of 12 Projects at 6 School sites in York.
The Projects cover everything from Roofing, M&E installations, fire safety, a link corridor and asbestos works.
We will be providing a full turn key delivery service from design, procurement and management on site. Covering Cost Management, Contract Administration, Project Management and Principal Designer Roles
We are really looking forward to delivering these projects simultaneously, limiting disruption to the schools and maximising value for money.
