Gate & Bar manage long awaited installation of permanent modular buildings at Northallerton School.
We are delighted to see the installation slightly ahead of schedule. the 2 blocks comprising a total of 10 Classrooms (4 science labs), 6th form common room, science prep, offices and toilet facilities. The 2 buildings are formed with a total of 44 modules and a modular link building all with concrete floors and a high specification.
understanding the constraints and advantages of modular construction has allowed the building to be integrated into the existing school site with clustering of existing faculties with the new blocks.
The larger of the 2 blocks will be clad to provide a striking road side elevation promoting the outstanding work by the school.
the project is due for completion for September but the Modular blocks will be handed over head of programme to help facilitate the school move.
This installation adds to Gate & Bar's proven track record of delivering high quality and architecturally designed Modular Buildings.
