Gate & Bar provide Surveying, Design and Project Management services throughout Yorkshire and are proudly local giving Gate & Bar its name. We operate regionally not nationally and are highly active in York and surrounding areas. 

Since starting in 2019 Gate & Bar has become the trusted development partner to a number of Educational, Ecclesiastical, Charitable, and Community Interest Organisations leading to sustained growth. The team is now 9 strong with an ongoing commitment to recruit and train great talent across both administrative and technical competencies. The business has a local, environmental and social underpinning, with the company’s carbon neutrality in achieved 2021.

We hold memberships and are regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, The Association of Project Management and The Association of Project Safety, ensuring we provide the best possible service and uphold the high standards required to be a Chartered Member.

Our team work with a tight network of clients who rely upon our services to support their property and construction goals.
